The Lasey Fund

The Little Guild’s Lasey’s Fund provides financial assistance for veterinary care to eligible Litchfield County residents. Our goal is to ensure your pet receives the medical care they need, including preventative care, dental care, and specialty surgeries. To qualify for reduced fees, applicants must meet specific financial criteria and provide proof of participation in an approved assistance program. In exceptional cases involving life-saving procedures, additional support may be granted through a case-by-case review by the Lasey Fund Committee.

Please upload proof of the aid you receive. Unfortunately, pets whose owners cannot provide proof of assistance will not be eligible for discounted services. Please note that temporary disabilities and unemployment do not qualify.

The fund will also provide assistance to those who might not financially qualify, but who are faced with an urgent lifesaving procedure for their pet that they need assistance paying for. Applications will be reviewed by the Lasey Fund Committee on a case-by-case basis.
